Our Employment Tribunal and Court work involves the defending of claims relating to all areas of Employment Law, including Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination as well as advice on routes open to Employers in order to prevent damage to their business by former employees.

For employees we can advise you on your employment rights and if need be take action against your employer. This can include rights relating to Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Notice entitlements, Unpaid Wages and all areas of Discrimination and Family Rights including Sex Discrimination, Maternity and Paternity Rights, Race, Age, Sexual Orientation and Religion.
