In the summer of 2011 Quality Solicitors signed a deal with WH Smith that put Legal Access Points (LAPs) in branches of WH Smith. Here at Howlett Clarke we decided to set these up at the local WH Smith branches in Churchill Square in Brighton, George Street in Hove and South Street in Worthing. We have a team of five Legal Access Point Advisors who can provide initial information on the services that the firm can provide. They are also able to arrange for a member of our New Business Team to contact an individual, at a convenient time, if they have a specific issue that they may wish to speak to a solicitor about.

The aim of these LAPs is to provide an easy access point for people to be able to contact a local solicitor to assist them in whatever issue they are facing, at the time, for which a legal input is required. Members of the LAP staff are friendly, approachable and easily recognisable in their black and bold pink uniforms.

In addition the staff at the LAPs are happy to provide people with a Legal Privilege Card which is completely free and provides on-line discounts and cash-back offers from major high street brands such as Apple, Mothercare, Boots, Virgin Holidays etc.

As always the local community is important to the firm and we have connections with a number of local restaurants, retail outlets, and beauty treatment rooms etc. who provide discounts on service to people who have a Legal Privilege Card.
