Bronze Start-Up.

The Bronze package provides you with all the information you require when selecting the correct business medium. It also provides you with essential information that you will require throughout your business life such as the ‘Formation of a Contract’. In addition there is a precedent set of ‘Terms and Conditions’ that you will be able to adapt to suit your business needs. We provide this package for a fixed fee of £200 including VAT. Integrated in the price you will receive the benefit of a half hour consultation with one of our specialist solicitors.

Silver Start-Up.

The Silver package provides you with all the information you require when selecting the correct business medium. It also provides you with essential information that you will require throughout your business life such as the ‘Formation of a Contract’ and the ‘Basics of Employment Law’. In addition there is a precedent set of ‘Terms and Conditions’ that you will be able to adapt to suit your business needs. As a potential employer the Silver package also provides you with the basic documentation an employer requires to take on employees. These documents include ‘Section 1 Statement of Terms of Employment’, ‘Disciplinary Procedure’ and ‘Grievance Procedure’. We provide this package for a fixed fee of £300 including VAT. Integrated in the price you will receive the benefit of a half hour consultation with one of our specialist solicitors.

Gold Start-Up.

The Gold package provides you with all the information you require when selecting the correct business medium. It also provides you with essential information that you will require throughout your business life such as the ‘Formation of a Contract’, the ‘Basics of Employment Law’, ‘Guide to taking on a Commercial Property’ and ‘Why are Intellectual Property Rights Important’. In addition there is a precedent set of ‘Terms and Conditions’ that you will be able to adapt to suit your business needs. As a potential employer the Gold package also provides you with the basic documentation an employer requires to take on employees. These documents include ‘Section 1 Statement of Terms of Employment’, ‘Disciplinary Procedure’ and ‘Grievance Procedure’. Running any business requires agreement between the business owners. On the basis that you have elected to set up a company to run your business, the Gold Package provides a precedent Shareholders Agreement which establishes areas of agreement between those involved (please see below for an explanation of Shareholders Agreement and why it is important to have a Shareholders Agreement). We provide this package for a fixed fee of £500 including VAT. Integrated in the price you will receive the benefit of a complementary 30 minute consultation with one of our specialist solicitors.
