Roger Bulgin founded Offsets 2000 Ltd in 2003. Today, Roger is acknowledged within the Defence Industry as a leading authority on offset and counter trade. He is the offsets adviser to the Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and the West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF), and is on the Executive Committee of the London Countertrade Roundtable (LCR). A regular guest speaker and trainer at offset events overseas, Roger is also a contributor to defence magazines including Jane's Defence Weekly and Countertrade & Offset Magazine (CTO).
Offsets 2000 provides support in all aspects of offset management to Defence Companies, Non-Defence Companies, governments and financial organisations.
