Face to face interview with a qualified nurse (Manager),All
applicants completes an application form, which contains sections
for areas of experience and work preferences. We ensure that
written and spoken English are assessed at the interview. We carry
out health checks on all our nurses as required by the CQC standard
for Nurses Agencies regulations 2002. It is a requirement that all
criminal convictions spent or not otherwise, are declared under the
Rehabilitation of Offences Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
Vetting
All staff will be required to submit the Following:
Proof of identification e.g. Passport, birth/marriage
certificates, Full UK driving licence, or Standard letter from
the Home Office.
Past employment/s held for the past two years including
references.
Certificate(s) related to Care Assistant Training. I.e.
Health & Safety, Manual Handing, NVQ2 in Care Etc
Work Permit (if required).
National Insurance Card
Two Passport Size Photographs
Previous/ Current CRB check form (criminal Record
Bureau)
Hepatitis B Certificate of Immunization from your GP
Current or Pervious CRB
Proof of address i.e. utility bill, bank statement
etc.
Wide Way Care carries out Criminal Record Bureau checks on all
our staff to ensure suitable staff Training.
