A Typical Domestic Extension

This property in Windsor had existing piles, having been built on an old pond.

When a new extension was planned we opted for installing more piles of a lesser load.

This enabled us to use a smaller diameter pile and smaller hammer, thus reducing vibration disruption to the homeowner and neighbours.

The rig was small enough to pass through the garden gate, again minimising inconvenience.

Piles attained a set (satisfactory resistance) at 7m into the hoggin that had been used to line the water feature.

We went on to provide a piled slab ready for the builder to construct the superstructure.
