All employees are registered under the Construction Skills
Certification Scheme. This means they have been independently
assessed as having the necessary skills and training to
work safely and effectively on a construction site.
Our safety advisers are The Building Safety Group Ltd,
the largest independent health and safety advisory group
for our industry in the UK. A requirement of membership
is that our sites are inspected about once every fortnight.
We are developing our training programmes and policies
in line with the requirements of Investors in People
so that we can apply for accreditation in due course.

We are developing an environmental management system in
line with the requirements of ISO 14001. This will commit
us to providing all employees with environmental awareness
training; seeking to reduce the use of fuel and water;
reducing the production of waste, Co2 and other emissions,
noise and vibrations; and to maintain high standards of
housekeeping and site appearance.
We are insured for Employers Liability of up to £10
million and for Public Liability, Products Liability
and Personal Injury, each up to £2 million. All
design work supplied by us carries Professional Indemnity
insurance.
