| This project in Wimbledon
was designed by one of our consulting engineers.
450 mm x 450 mm ground beams were placed on top of
piles to provide a base for substructure brickwork.
Our team excavated, broke down the piles to the required
level, placed formwork, tied and fixed reinforcement
and placed concrete.
If ground conditions require it we can place a "voidformer"
beneath to allow the underlying strata to heave without
destabilising the foundations. |
