This property
in Maidenhead was suffering from subsidence.
Our team used a restricted access machine to create
a network of small diameter, auger bored piles in the
underlying chalk.
Dry packing was then placed between the top of the
new slab and the underside of the existing brickwork.

A new slab was constructed on these piles, which protruded
underneath the external and internal walls to divorce
the structure from it's original foundations.
