John Fenton’s background is at senior level in the food production, FMCG and NGO sectors where he was responsible for introducing new policies and practices in response to employment law developments and strategic organisational needs.

He is a very experienced employment law consultant who has an in-depth understanding of all employee relations issues.   He also has vast experience in preparing for and appearing at employment tribunal.

John is also an employment law tutor and has been a tutor on the CIPD ‘Law On Tour’ workshops for many years.
