Hi Marcel,

Thank you for putting this into writing for me, I am sure this will be a very exciting and successful project. Please find the information attached.

Regarding content, which shouldn’t be too considerable given the nature, we would want joint editorial control. This information is something we will be taking responsibility for distributing and also putting our name too and therefore we need to be confident that we are endorsing accurate information, especially as we are a Governmental organisation.

I really don’t anticipate huge problems with this, as long as the information sheet carries our correct logos and contact details and the correct information. We will want to check through the final proofs before they go to print.

As previously discussed the end user will be local businesses in Brighton & Hove. The purpose of the guide is to inform them of all the relevant employment laws in brief, of which there are 10, and to direct them to Peninsula as the OEEG’s Employment Law specialists for further information, any questions etc.

You have mentioned ‘not exceeding initial estimates’, I am not privy to these please can you clarify this point.

Many Thanks

Claire

Claire

As per our telephone conversation just now, I can confirm that we are prepared to work together on the production of a leaflet informing businesses about their employment and health and safety obligations.

Our sponsorship will be subject to our input/control over the content and should also not exceed our initial estimate.

I look forward to receiving a copy of your proposed content.
