 I have clarified the situation with JCP and don't expect to hear from them again in regards to this matter. I acknowledge that there appears to have been some mix up in the communication with them.

I would like to  reiterate my offer to support any provider in Brighton & Hove with their Health & Safety work with employers using the specific and extensive experience of managers within the Supported Employment Team.
