Subject: EE Forum - The Argus Placement/Employment League Table

Dear Colleague,

 

It is my pleasure to announce that The Argus has agreed to publish a monthly placement/employment table in the business section, which will cover the top 10 employers working with any of the OEEG members offering placements or employment to our candidates.

 

The purpose of the table is to highlight the work of the businesses engaging with us to other businesses and therefore attractive more business interest and to reward the businesses themselves .

 

This table will be published in either of the latter two weeks of each month within the business section of The Argus, which comes out each Tuesday. The deadline for copy will be the Friday prior to this.

 

Therefore the following steps need to be taken for this to work efficiently:

 

1) Save the attached table on your computer, use each time you submit a company's information to us

 

2) Send the business name with the number of work placement/employment to Myself or Karen prior to the Friday before the 2nd to last Tuesday of every month

 

3) We will collate the information and send it to James Lancaster at The Argus

 

4) He will publish the table on either of the following two Tuesdays

 

NB. There has to be a limit on the number of businesses listed, 10 places are therefore available. Priority will be given to those businesses offering the most places or to those referred first.

 

Therefore please can you start submitting your business names now in the attached spreadsheet so that we can ensure we have 10 to go to press with by September 19th.
