Your designs can receive the benefit of being reviewed prior to pre-production with ‘manufacturability’ as the fundamental criteria. This means your designs are likely to be correct first time and cheaper to bring to market due to the reduction or elimination of expensive detail.
Products are also able to be designed from concept ideas using 3D modelling software which assists in reducing errors in the design and brings your product to life even before material is cut. From these models, full manufacturing drawings and ‘Bill of Materials’ can be produced for customer approval.
Our prototype experience means that within the same resource your design can move from concept through to model and then onto physical product in the shortest of timescales.
