This course is aimed at updating the participant’s moving and handling knowledge with a large element of student participation and role-playing to test practical skills and risk assessment principles. We include problem solving and discuss difficult areas within a workplace scenario .This is aimed to re-enforce all the principles taught in the induction course and can only be attended by those who have achieved this standard previously. Certificates of attendance are issued to those who demonstrate this update of knowledge and skills.
