Where a court claim has not been issued, indicative charges for UK commercial debts are: A ONE-OFF DEBT MULTIPLE DEBTS Debts less than 6 months old 10% 7% Debts 6-12 months old 15% 10% Debts over 12 months old 25% 20% Subject to a minimum commission of £15.00 each time a debtor makes a payment. Where the debtor is a consumer [i.e. the debt is not a business debt] our rates are doubled.
