AT THE END OF EACH MONTH YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR YOUR USAGE. Profile Report - £4.50 online  This report is available on all companies, whether they have been analysed by ICC or not. It includes the company's registered address, date of incorporation, account filing details, type of company, principal activity statement, principal SIC code, ownership information, company secretary, abbreviated accounts for three years and filing history. Overview Report - £13.00 online  This report is available on all analysed companies. It has six sections, as follows:- Statutory Information - details name, previous name(s), registered office address, issued capital, type of accounts filed, company type, date of incorporation and all relevant filing dates. Directory Information - confirms the trading address, where available, telephone and fax numbers, region, bankers, auditors, SIC codes and the principal activities statement. Risk Information - totals county court judgments, risk score for four years and the latest recommended credit and contract limit. Accounts - shows an abbreviated profit and loss account and balance sheet for the company for the last three years. Company/Industry Comparison - compares the subject company with all other companies within its industry type. All measurements are percentage and ratio based. Directors - lists all notified directors. Adverse Report - £12.00 online  This report is available on all analysed companies. It provides details of all fields which are important when assessing risk. This includes the risk scores, credit limit, shareholders, limited accounts information etc. Financial Report - £25.00 online  This report is available on all analysed companies. It has twelve sections, which include all of the sections in the Overview Report above except that there is much more accounts information over five years and is divided into several sections :- Ownership - breaks out group structure and all live subsidiaries ranked by turnover. Profit & Loss Account - details all items for the last five years, indicating where relevant notes exist. Balance Sheet - displays the last five years' worth of balance sheet items, indicating where notes are cross referenced. Accounts Notes - holds information on items extracted from the latest set of notes, such as exports, audit fees, intermediate assets, bank overdraft, and finance due to directors and group, to name but a few. Cash Flow - provides access to five years of cashflow, including net increase in cash. Ratios - lists the main liquidity, performance, employee and gearing ratios. Growth Rates - provides % growth measurements for 1/2/3/4 year periods. Filing History - displays every change of name, all mortgage documents and one of each other filing type. Business Report - £36.00 online  This report is available on all analysed companies. It has sixteen sections and provides access to all of the information available on Juniper. It has the same sections as in the Financial Report above, and as well as having all director names and addresses, adds the following sections:- Major Shareholders - displays the principal shareholder in any UK company. It also shows the capital structure of the company in terms of the type and amount of shares issued in total. Interims - provides access to the latest four years' worth (where available) of interim results as announced by UK quoted companies on the London Stock Exchange. Mortgages & Charges - provides access to the latest five charges filed by a company (where available). Date, Property acquired date, Currency, Charge status , Charge party name and address, Charge type description, Charge created date, Amount secured, Amount secured description, Charge relation type, Property, Satisfaction number, type, date and description, Property released. The Business report for Southern Irish companies will include the additional mortgage details: Charge number, Charge registered. Custom Report - Price on Application Provides the option of creating your own report allowing individual sections to be selected to suit your requirements. Each section selected is taken from the Business Report. Company Directors Report - £12.00 online The company directors report is provided for all analysed companies. The screen displays all directors as of the last stated set of accounts. The detailed summary is updated to reflect home addresses, occupation, appointment date, number of present directorships and number of past directorships. Company Shareholders Report - £24.00 online  This report shows all of the share classes issued by a company and all of the shareholders who own them, including the number of shares held. Company Directors and Shareholders Report - £36.00 online  This report combines the Directors Report and Shareholders Report as outlined above to give a full overview of the people who control a company. Interims Report - £8.00 online  The half year results available for Quoted companies. Family Tree Overview - £75.00 online  This report is available on all companies that have subsidiaries. It includes all direct and indirect shareholdings of the target company in a hierarchical structure and gives details for each shareholding in the tree. Family Tree Report - £150.00 online  This report is available on all companies that have subsidiaries. This company builds on the Family Tree Overview by including much more detailed information on each company within a group, including risk scores, shareholders and accounts details. Mortgage Report - £12.00 online  This report is available on all limited companies that have filed or registered any Mortgages & Charges. This details all Mortgages & Charges filed. All satisfied Mortgages & Charges will be shown on Juniper for 30 days before being removed. There will be direct links from this report to the corresponding original document image in the ICC Online image bank [priced separately]. You can also: Specify a range of charge created dates to show Charges from the beginning of the From Date to the end of the To Date then select the Enter key to display your results. or Specify and limit the search by using the selection/check boxes and the recompile list* function All Charges are displayed by most recent first. Please note that the check boxes are automatically highlighted. The Contact Details section shows you the address and telephone number of a business as well as their activities, number of employees and the date at which they started at the address shown. This data is only displayed where it is available. A summary of unsatisfied County Court Judgments is provided at the top of this section. ICC’s matching on County Court Judgments for unincorporated Businesses is divided into three sections. Businesses that have been matched on both their name and address and those that have been matched on address only or on name only. Non-limited Insight Plus Report - £20.00 online > Juniper Insight Plus is available on over 1.3 million UK unincorporated businesses, and is delivered instantly online. It further develops ICC's offering in the unincorporated marketplace, by adding a risk score and recommended trade credit limit which has been requested by many of our customers. ICC's unincorporated score (the ICC U Score) has been developed in conjunction with Scorex (UK) Ltd, a company specialising in score development. Scorex (UK) is ICC's chosen scoring partner and collaborated on the limited company score, which was launched to much industry acclaim in April 1998. Consumer Report - £5.00 online A Consumer Report is available for any Business Owner by clicking on the button to the right of the Named Contact Field. This report will contain the name and address of the individual, Electoral Roll data - there are 44.5 million electors, Previous and forwarding addresses, County Court Judgment information for six years, information on satisfied CCJ's, bankruptcies and other types of court action and any CIFAS (Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance Scheme) information that is available.
