Trevor Phillips, Chairman & CEO, has had 40 years experience in the industry. As winner of the Outstanding Service Award for "Services to the Credit Industry" in 1996 and a past National Chairman and Vice President of the Institute of Credit Management, he has the ability to bring people and services together in a unique and challenging atmosphere. Close associations have been created with leading suppliers such as ICC,Lovetts plc,and Coface. Simultaneously, through the many business contacts built up over the years by the CPL consultants, the company offers an unrivalled range of complimentary services throughout the European business community. Our relationship with Lovetts plc saw a major investment in outsourcing our IT infrastructure to them to allow CPL consultants to work from remote locations. Key individuals can be now be recruited to CPL purely based on talent enabling CPL to rapidly respond to client’s needs. In 2004 we were delighted to welcome Alasdair Warwood FICM and Anthony Sharp FICM to our ranks of senior consultants.
