There is no dialogue, each story is told visually relying on humorous sounds and music (a cross between Mr Bean and The Mr Men).

Each episode is set in the simple ‘anywhere world’ within which dogs exist. Their world is sparse and the focus is on things of most importance to canines; food, bones, leads, dog bowls, trees, postman’s bottoms... |
| The dog and human characters generally reflect each other’s bizarre and simplistic appearances, their quirky behaviour and similar characteristics. |
